About Adrienne
I started my health and wellness career as a personal trainer and yoga instructor, and working with seniors who had limited mobility. That led me to massage therapy and in 2003 I attended Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Therapy. Since graduating at the top of my class and earning my massage therapist license in both Florida and North Carolina, I have pursued training with a “forever student” attitude and heart.
I am motivated to learn and work serving a wide variety of conditions, including post surgery work and addressing scar tissue, working with cerebral palsy, Parkinson's Disease, mastectomy and reconstruction issues, depression and anxiety, headaches, TMJ issues, jaw pain, and scoliosis. Through my work involving Myofacial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation, many of my clients have found pain reduction, improved motor function, and a greater mind body connection.
I have a passion for helping people in their pursuit of being happy and healthy in their own skin, and look forward to serving you.
